应用超声技术评价复方丹参滴丸和美托洛尔对动脉粥样硬化的作用

摘    要:目的 应用超声技术观察复方丹参滴丸和美托洛尔对兔腹主动脉动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法 30只兔球囊拉伤后喂饲高脂饲料12周。12周后随机分为模型组、美托洛尔组和复方丹参滴丸组,各治疗组给予药物治疗12周。分别于实验前、12周末和24周末,应用超声技术检测腹主动脉。24周末处死动物进行病理学检查。结果 12周末腹主动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)显著增厚(P〈0.01),血流峰值速度(Vp)显著增快(P〈0.01);24周末与模型组比较,复方丹参滴丸组和美托洛尔组IMT显著减小(P〈0.05),声学密度值AIIc%显著增大(P〈0.05),美托洛尔组Vp显著减慢(P〈0.05)。结论 复方丹参滴丸和美托洛尔具有延缓动脉粥样硬化斑块进展的作用。

Abstract:Objective To apply ultrasonography to evaluate the effects of metoprolol and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae cardiotonic pills(RSMCP) on atherosclerosis(AS).Methods After given balloon-induced abdominal aortic wall injury,30 rabbits were fed high cholesterol diet for 12 weeks.All the rabbits were divided randomly into the control,metoprolol and RSMCP groups.Then two groups were given drugs for 12 weeks.At the beginning,12 th and 24 th week of the experiment,all the rabbits were checked with ultrasound.At the end of 24 th week,the abdominal aorta was examined pathologically.Results At the end of 12 th week,IMT were thickened significantly(P<0.01),(VP)s were faster significantly(P<0.01).At the end of 24 th week,compared with the control group,IMTs in the two groups were thinner significantly(P<0.01),(AIIc%)s were higher significantly(P<0.01),(Vp)s in the metoprolol group were slower significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions Metoprolol and RSMCP can retard the progressive development of atherosclerosis.
