儿科输液室护士工作压力与心理健康的相关性研究

目的探讨儿科输液室护士工作压力与心理健康的关系。方法选取2010年1月至2011年12月在儿科输液室工作半年以上的护士共120人，采用问卷法进行调查。结果工作环境和资源导致压力的分值最高，达（3．27±0．47）分；人际关系导致压力的分值最低，为（1．80±0．68）分；研究组患者的SCL-90分值均明显高于国内常模；儿科输液室护士的大部分工作压力与SCL-90各因子均呈正相关。结论减轻儿科输液室护士的压力应从多方面进行着手解决，从而使护士保持身心健康。

Study on relationship between working pressure and mental health for nurses of transfusion room in paediatric department

Objective To learn the relationship between working pressure and mental health for nurse of transfusion room in pediatric department. Methods 120 nurses of transfusion room whose working years above half a year were investigated by questionnaire from January 2010 to December 2011. Results The maximal score of working pressnre was working environment and resource （ 3.27±0.47 ）, while the minimum was interpersonal relationship （1.80±0.68）. The score of SCL-90 of the research group was higher than domestic model. More working pressures of transfusion room in pediatric department were positive correlated with SCL-90. Conclusions In order to keep nurse sound in body and mind, the working pressure should be desolved in many ways.
