c-myc在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

目的研究癌基因c-myc在子宫内膜癌中的表达与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及预后的关系.方法采用免疫组化(s-p)法检测10例增生子宫内膜、22例子宫内膜不典型增生、42例子宫内膜癌中c-myc基因表达.结果c-myc在子宫内膜癌中的阳性率为26.19%(11/42)显著高于增生子宫内膜(均显阴性)及子宫内膜不典型增生(4.55%,1/22)中的阳性率(P＜0.05,P＜0.05);c-myc在子宫内膜癌中的表达与组织学分级、临床分期显著相关(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),但与肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关(P＞0.05,P＞0.05).结论癌基因c-myc在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及转归中起着重要作用.

THE EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF c- myc IN ENDOMETRIAL CARCINOMA

Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of oncogene c - myc in endometrial carcinoma as well as between their oncogene expression and the relations, development and prognosis, of endometrial carcinoma. Method: c - myc expression was detected by immunohistochemical techniqe(s- p method)in 10 cases of proliferate endometrium,22 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma, between their oncogene expression and the. Results: The positive - expression rate 26. 19% ( 1 l/42)of c - myc in endometrial carcinoma was higher significantly than that in proliferative endometriums (0/10) and atypical hyperplasias (4.55% ,1/22)(P<0.05, P<0.05). The expression of c- myc in endometrial carcinoma was associated with histologic grade and clinical stage (P<0.01 ,P<0.05) ,but it was not associated with the depth of myometrial tumor invasion and lymphonode metastasis(P>0.05,P>0.05).Conclusion:Oncogene c-myc maybe play the important role in the genesis .development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
