| 摘 要： | 目的探讨核基质蛋白22(NMP22)检测膀胱癌的意义.方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测90例患者(其中膀胱癌40例,非膀胱癌患者50例)尿中的NMP22的水平,并与尿脱落细胞学(UC)检查比较.结果膀胱癌组患者术前的NMP22水平较对照组明显升高(分别为115.6 U/ml及6.1 U/ml),统计学上差异显著(P＜0.001),血尿不影响NMP22的检测.NMP22较UC敏感性高,但特异性不如UC.结论 NMP22检测膀胱癌的敏感性较高,可用于膀胱癌的筛选及术后随诊.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of nuclear matrix protein22(NMP22)in the detection of bladder cancer.Methods The level of NMP22was measured in the urine of90patients(40pati-ents with bladder cancer and50patients with non-bladder cancer)by ELISA and compared with urinic cytology(UC).Results The level of NMP22in bladder cancer group was significantly higher than that of control group,and it was not influenced by hematuria.The sensitivity of NMP22was high,but the specificity was lower than that of UC.Conclusion NMP22can be used to screen and follow up bladder cancer with high sensitivity. |
