| 摘 要： | 目的：了解蒙古族原发性高血压患者服药依从性并分析影响服药依从性的相关危险因素。方法：对我院门诊182例蒙古族原发性高血压患者进行问卷调查，通过统计分析获得高血压服药依从性的影响因素。结果：蒙古族原发性高血压患者性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济状况、语言情况、高血压知识知晓情况的OR值依次为O．320、2．412、3．229、1．674、5．386和3．431，有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、经济状况、语言情况、高血压知识知晓情况为蒙古族原发性高血压患者服药依从性差的主要影响因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the status affecting factors and medication compliance of Mongolian patients with anti-hypertensive.Methods We inquired 182 Mongolian cases with anti-hypertension therapy and analyzed the effective factors on the adherence of medicine treatment.
