四川省儿童大骨节病新发病情况调查

目的 了解四川省儿童大骨节病病情.方法 抽取20个大骨节病病区县进行儿童大骨节病病情调查,并按要求填写调查登记表,按国家级标准（GB）集体读片,确诊病例,统计并分析临床阳性率及X线阳性率.结果 平均临床检出率1.03%;平均X线阳性率2.12%,其中骨端阳性率为0.68%、干骺端1.31%、骨骺0.12%、腕骨0.01%;全省病情活跃指数为4.71;有13个村儿童新发病率未达到基本控制区标准.结论 四川省大部分病区已经基本控制了儿童新发病情,但在部分地区致病因子仍然较为活跃,必需及时采取综合防治措施.

Prevalence Tendency of Kaschin-Beck Disease Among Children in Sichuan Province

Objective To study the prevalence tendency of Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) in children in Sichuan Province. Methods 20 counties were sampled for investigating. Registration forms was filled out,radiographs were read by a group of specialist to diagnose, and clinical detective rate and X-ray detective rate were counted and analyzed. Results The average clinical detection rate was 1.03%. The average positive rate of X-ray was 2.12% and the rate was 0.68% in capitulum, 1.31% in metaphysic, 0.12% in osteoepiphysis and 0.01%in carpale, respectively. The active index of KBD in Sichuan was 4.71. There were 13 villages in which children's new incidence of Kaschin-Beck missed the standard of basic control areas. Conclusion Most areas are in control for new children patients in Sichuan Province, but pathogenic factor is still active in some areas. Actions must be taken to prevent it.
