| 摘 要： | 目的应用Gamma钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,并评价其临床应用效果.方法对21例股骨粗隆间骨折患者Gamma钉固定,术后随访时间14.7个月,对患者骨折愈合、功能恢复及满意度进行疗效评估.结果临床随访显示骨折愈合率100%,无术中及术后并发症.结论Gamma钉固定牢靠,操作简单,是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的一种有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcomes of Gamma nail for treatment of intertrochanter ic fracture.Methods:The study analyzed retrospectively 11 patien ts undergoing internal fixation with Gamma nail.Follow-up was performed 14.7 mon ths. The fracture healing,functional restoration and satisfaction degree were u sed to assess the clinical effects.Results: The rates of bone he aling were 100%. No complication occurred during operation and postoperation.Conclusion: Gamma nail is effective for treatment of intertrochante ric fracture,and has simpler technique. |
