空心加压螺钉内固定微创治疗老年性股骨颈骨折疗效分析(附50例报告)

目的探讨空心加压螺钉内固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法在＂C＂臂X线机监视下,应用微创技术,采用3枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗老年性股骨颈新鲜骨折50例。结果该组病例随访时间6~24个月,平均18个月。50例骨折均愈合,骨折愈合率100%。股骨头坏死2例。结论应用微创技术3枚空心加压螺钉内固定治疗老年性股骨颈骨折,具有固定牢靠、简便、创伤小、并发症少等优点,是治疗老年性股骨颈新鲜骨折的理想方法。

Clinecal Results of Treatment for Aged Femoral Neck Fracture with Hollow Compression Screw Fixation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hollow compression screw fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture in aged adults.Methods Under the guidance of C-arm fluoroscopy,50 patients with fresh femoral neck fracture were treated by three hollow compress screw fixation.Results 50 cases were followed up for 6-24 months.All patients with fractures were healed.The incidence of femoral head necrosis was 4%.Conclusion It is a reliable and effective methods for treatment of aged femora neck fracture by three hollow compress screw fixation.
