| 摘 要： | 目的对非典型AMI临床特征展开分析。方法选取30例非典型AMI患者,进行心电图、心肌酶学检查,对合并＂心律失常＂患者行抗心律失常,＂血压低及休克＂患者使用升压药＂多巴胺＂,心衰患者采用＂利尿剂＂、＂马吗啡＂与＂多巴酚丁胺＂。结果 30例非典型AMI患者抢求成功29例（96.67%）,死亡1例（3.33%）。结论非典型性AMI多发于高龄,难确诊,＂临床症状＂及＂心电图表现＂不典型误诊多。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical features of atypical AMI. Methods Select the 30 cases of atypical patients with AMI, Expand ECG and serum creative kinas check, Ant arrhythmic merger arrhythmia patients, Low blood pressure and shock in patients with vasopressin dopamine, patients with heart failure with diuretics, horse morphine and dobutamine. Results 30 cases of atypical patients with AMI grab for success 29 cases（96.67%）, 1 patient died（3.33%）. Conclusion Atypical AMI occur in old age, difficult diagnosis, Clinical symptoms and ECG performance is not a typical misdiagnosis. |
