2型糖尿病下肢血管病变与超敏C反应蛋白关系的研究

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变（PAD）与超敏c反应蛋白（hscRP）之间的相关性。方法按照相关标准纳入40例2型糖尿病患者。根据踝肱比（衄I）值分为血管病变组（PAD组，20N）、非下肢血管病变组（N—PAD组，20例）；20例同期健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组hscRP以及体重指数（BMI）、血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平等方面的差异。结果与对照组相比，PAD组、N—PAD组血清hsCRP明显升高；与N—PAD组比较，PAD组血清hsCRP显著升高，差异均具有统计学意义。结论血清高超敏C反应蛋白水平可能是2型糖尿病PAD发病的重要危险因素，与PAD严重程度密切相关。

Relationship Between High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and peripheral vascular disease in Type 2 diabetes patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and peripheral vascular disease in Type 2 diabetes patients. Method According to the related standards of this study, 40 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were selected, and were divided into vascular lesion group（PAD group, 20 cases）, non vascular lesions group（N-PAD group, 20 cases） on the basis of the ankle-brachial ratio（ABI） values. Another 20 healthy persons were selected as control group. The level of hseRP, body mass index（BMI）, blood pressure（BP）, serum glucofe, HbAlc, and Bloodlipidwas were compared among eactl group. Result Compared with the control group, the level of hsCRP were increased obviously in PADgroup and N-PAD group. And compared with the N-PAD group, the level of hsCRP in PAD group were incressed significantly, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion High hsCRP levels may be the pivotal risk factors of PAD in TzDM patients, and was closely related to the severity of PAD.
