颈淋巴结结核35例外科临床分析

目的:探讨颈淋巴结结核的外科诊断及手术方式。方法:回顾性分析35例颈淋巴结结核的临床特点以及切开引流术、病灶清除术及颈淋巴结清扫术三种手术方式的实施及结果。结果:病灶清除术及颈淋巴结清扫术组切口均一期愈合,无复发。切开引流术组切口愈合时间长,易复发。结论:颈淋巴结结核的外科干预具有诊断及治疗的双重意义,根据肿块的临床分型可采取不同的手术方式。

Surgical clinical analysis of 35 patients with cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis

Objective:To explore the surgical diagnose and operation of cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis.Method: Retrospective analyses weremade about the clinical feature and the result of three kinds of operations,which consists of incision and drainage,focal cleaning,and neck dissection.Result:Thepatients treated withfocal cleaning and neck dissection healed with no complications;thepatients treated withincision and drainage healedslowly and easily relapses.Conclusion: Surgical intervention has the double meaning of the diagnosis and treatmentto cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis.Different surgical methods according to the clinical classification of the mass can be taken.
