急救系列护理程序在救护复合伤患者中的应用

目的 :探讨急救系列护理程序在救护复合伤患者中的效果。方法 :用自行设计的复合伤患者急救系列护理程序 ,将 73例复合伤患者采用阶段对照法分组 ,即观察组 37例用急救系列护理程序救护 ,对照组 36例施行急症科常规救护 ,比较两组救护效果。结果 :观察组有效抢救时间 ,救护效果显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :运用急救系列护理程序赢得了救治患者的时机 ,减少了并发症 ,提高了抢救成功率。

The application of first aid care programs in patients with multiple trauma

Objective:To explore the effect of applying the first aid care programs in patients with multiple trauma. Method:The self-designed first aid care programs were applied to rescuing the patients with multiple trauma. The total 73 patients with multiple trauma were divided into two groups by stage-comparison method,the 37 cases were rescued by first aid care programs,and 36 cases of the control were rescued by routine aid. The effect of two groups was compared. Result:The effective rescue time and aid effect of care program group were signficantly better than those of the control(P<0.01,P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion:Using the care programs,patients with multiple trauma gained the opportunity being saved,and the complication is eleminated and the success rate of rescue improved.
