早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓治疗后患者恢复及并发症的影响

目的：评价早期康复护理对急性心肌梗死（AMI）静脉溶栓治疗患者康复进程及并发症预防的实用性和效果。方法：70例急性心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组和干预组各35例，均静脉溶栓治疗，并按内科护理程序行常规护理。干预组患者在心电监护下配合早期康复护理。包括被、主动翻身、起坐、站、洗漱、排便及心理护理和健康教育等。结果：溶栓治疗2周后干预组患者恢复率明显高于对照组；并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05，0．01）。结论：AMI静脉溶栓治疗后配合早期康复护理可促进患者康复进程，降低并发症的发生率，提高生活质量。

Influence of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Recovery and Complication of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients Undergoing Intravenous Thrombolysis

Objective： To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on recovery and complication of acute myocardial infarction patients who had undertaken intravenous thrombolysis. Methods： A total of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction who had undertaken intravenous thrombolysis were randomly divided into two groups （35 cases in each group）. Conventional nursing was given to the control group after intravenous thrombolysis. For the treatment group, additional early rehabilitation nursing was given besides the conventional nursing. The recovery and the incidence of complication were compared between two groups. Results： Two weeks later, the rate of recovery was higher, and incidence of complication was lower in treatment group than in control group （P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Early rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of acute myocardial infarction patients who had undertaken intravenous thrombolysis, reduce complication incidence, and improve quality of life.
