昆明市社区卫生服务站运行现状分析

通过对昆明市37个主区卫生服务站运行状况及运行过程中存在的问题进行分析得知：是昆明市区卫生服务站发展势头良好，但运行中以政因素制约了社区卫生服务的进一步发展：卫生主管部门对开展社区卫生服务主动支持不够，主要表现为资金投入不足、相就的配套措施不到位等，卫生服务人员缺乏全科医学培训；部分社区卫生服务站“名不符实”、距社区卫生服务“六位一体”的功能差距较大，仅起到了一个医疗网点的作用；部分社区卫生服务站入不敷出，难以维持。

Analysis of the Present Condition of Running Community Health Service in Kunming City

Through analysising the present condition of the thirty-seven community service centers running community health service in Kunming city, the author found that the trendency of the community service center' s development is good, but there are some factors to condition the development of community health service. these factors are that: the Kunming govenment has not more attached importance to devlopment the community health service (for exemple: community health centers are short of the input of fund and the relevant policy of form complete sets): the personnel lack the training of genneral medicine; moreofer, in some community health centers, the content of the health service did not conform with the requirment for running community health srevice; because the expenditures of some community health centers go beyond the incmes, it is difficult to survive.
