抚触对早产儿生长发育影响的临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法:选我院2011年1月至2012年5月收治入院的早产儿72例,随机分为抚触组和对照组各36例。采用国际抚触法,对抚触组36例进行抚触,每天两次,每次15分钟,持续15天,对对照组除不进行抚触外,其余综合护理措施同抚触组,观察比较两组早产儿头围、身长、体重增加量,奶量增加量,胎粪排清天数,住院天数。结果:抚触组早产儿头围增加量比对照组明显增加(p<0.01),身长增加量比对照组明显增加(P<0.01),体重增加量比对照组明显增加(p<0.01),奶量增加显著(p<0.01),胎粪排清天数明显缩短(p<0.05),住院平均天数比对照组缩短(P<0.05 )。结论:通过对早产儿抚触可促进消化道功能正常反应,有利于早产儿的生长发育,缩短病程。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of touch on growth and development of preterm children. Methods: From January 2011 to May 2012 were 72 cases of the admission of the preterm children were randomly divided into 36 cases of the massage group and control group. Conclusion: In preterm children massage can promote normal reaction of the digestive tract function, conducive to the growth and development of preterm children and duration..
