早期下肢深静脉血栓不同治疗方法对比研究

目的观察早期下肢深静脉血栓手术治疗与单纯药物治疗差异.方法收集40例早期下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,随机分为2组.分别应用手术治疗(A组)和药物治疗(B组),记录治疗开始(A0、B0)、治疗1周(A1、B1)、治疗2周(A2、B2)患-健肢周径差值、临床症状、体征及治疗期间并发症情况.结果A组患肢肿胀消退较B组明显快(P＜0.001);治疗6个月内B组深静脉血栓复发2例,出现下肢深静脉血栓后遗症3例,与A组比较并发症较多(P=0.047).结论早期下肢深静脉血栓患者选择手术治疗有可能取得更好的治疗效果.恰当的选择治疗方法可影响疗效.

The clinical observation of different treatments used in patients with lower limb deep venous thrombus in the early stage

Objective To compare the curative effect of different treatments used in patients with lower limb deep venous thrombus in the early stage.Methods Fourty patients with lower limb deep venous thrombus in the early stage were divided into two(A,B) groups at random.Group A was treated with surgical therapeutic program,group B was treated with medical therapeutic program.Record the difference of two lower limbs in the beginning of treatment(A_0,B_0),one week later(A_1,B_1) and two weeks later(A_2,B_2).The girth ratio difference of healthy-affected limb,clinical symptom,physical sign and complications were also been noted during the treatment.Results Group A showed a better and faster curative effect,P<0.001;there were 2 recrudescent cases and 3 thrombus-sequelae cases in group B in 6 months,there was statistical significance between group A and B,P<0.001.Conclusion Better curative effect can be achieved in group A by using surgical therapeutic program to treat the patients with lower limb deep venous thrombus in the early stage.Appropriate selection of therapeutic program can affect the curative effect.
