| 摘 要： | 对52例肝细胞癌结合临床作PCNA免疫组化研究。结果肝癌细胞PCNA阳性率为35．5％，而正常肝为阴性。肝细胞癌分化越差，其PCNA阳性率越高。并显示PCNA与肝癌分化程度、转移、浸润及预后密切有关，可作为评估肝癌患者预后的一个指标。

| Abstract: | Fifty two cases of hepetocellular carcinoma with their clinical course and prognosis were studied on proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) immunohistochthemically by using monoclonal antibody.The results showed that the lower the diferentistion of HCC the higher the PCNA positive ate was.The PCNA rate of HCCS iS 35. 5%. The PCNA positivity rate of normal liver cells is negative.Meanwhile, the results showed PCNA Labeling index was correlated with the histological grade,metastasis of HCC and prognosis. It suggests that this antigen may be used as a indicator to predict HCC prognosis in patients with HCC. |
