手部开放性屈肌腱损伤的早期修复

目的探讨手部屈肌腱损伤早期修复及早期功能锻炼对手部功能恢复的疗效。方法统计我院自2008年1月-2009年5月手部屈肌腱损伤患者80例124指，共计221条肌腱，其中I区16条，Ⅱ区89条，Ⅲ区36条，Ⅳ区10条，V区70条，均予早期修复，术后早期辅以适当的功能锻炼，以TAM评价法进行功能评价。结果术后随访4个月～1年，随访72例，失访8例。患指TAM优良率达94．64％。结论早期修复手部开放性屈肌腱损伤，术后辅以规范的功能锻炼对手部功能恢复具有良好的疗效。

Clinical experience on early repair of hand open flexor tendon injuries

Objective To explore the efficacy of early repair and postoperative early functional exercise on hand functional recovery in treating hand flexor tendon injuries. Methods 80 patients （124 fingers and 221 tendons） with hand flexor tendon injuries treated between January 2008 and May 2009 were enrolled in this study. Among them tendons of Zone I, II, III, IV and V were 16, 89, 36, 10 and 70, respectively. All injured tendons had undergone early repair and received proper postoperative early functional exercise. Functional evaluations of TAM were applied in all treated patients. Results 72 patients were followed up at regular intervals f＇or 4 months to 1 year while g cases were lost. Excellent rate of TAM among treated fingem was 94.64%. Conclusion Early repair of hand open flexor tendon injuries and proper postoperative functional exercise benefit a lot tO hand functional recovery
