| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the self- management status of Xinjiang Uigur patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 255 cases of patients with CHD were investigated with Self - efficacy Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale and a self - designed self- management questionnaire. Results The overall level of self- management of Uigur patients with CHD was moderate and the score of self - management was （69.00 ± 13.00 ）. The main influencing factors were age, occupation, history of disease, self - efficacy, family inner and outer supports and social support. Conclusion The self - management of Uighur patients with CHD is affected by many factors. Therefore,we should improve their self - management level by targeted intervention,delay and control the development of CHD so as to improve the quality of life. |
