| 摘 要： | 目的 比较4种不同术式输卵管结扎方法的术后并发症特点.方法 将需行女性绝育术的800例患者按随机数字表法分为A、B、C、D 4组,各组200例,分别采用抽芯近段包埋法、输卵管双折结扎切除法、输卵管银夹法及腹腔镜下输卵管电凝法进行绝育手术.对4种不同手术方法的并发症发生情况进行比较.结果 D组出血及血肿、感染、月经异常、慢性盆腔痛方面的发生率低于A、B、C组(均P＜0.05);A组输卵管结扎失败发生率均低于B、C、D组(均P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜下输卵管电凝绝育术出血及血肿、感染、月经异常、慢性盆腔痛的发生率及抽芯近段包埋法输卵管结扎失败的发生率均低于其他3种方法.
