| 摘 要： | 目的研究高压氧下大鼠脑缺血区域脑组织基质金属酶-9（MMP-9）表达及促进大鼠脑缺血损伤恢复的机制。方法将32只大鼠分为模型组（16只）和假手术组（16只）,两组均分别行高压氧治疗（8只）和高压空气治疗（8只）。高压空气组与高压氧治疗组在时间、治疗次数方案上相同,均1次/d,共3d。大鼠治疗第4天分别用半湿法检测脑含水量,脑组织伊文思蓝（EB）定量检测脑组织,ELISA试剂盒检测MMP-9。结果治疗第4天,大鼠模型组在高压氧治疗下脑含水量、脑组织EB定量及MMP-9含量均小于高压空气下的治疗（均〈0.05）。假手术组用高压氧治疗和高压空气治疗差异均无统计学意义（均〉0.05）。结论 MMP-9参与脑缺血再灌注损伤后的炎症反应过程,高压氧治疗下可通过抑制MMP-9表达,干扰脑缺血再灌注损伤后炎症的发生发展过程,减轻血脑屏障的破坏,继而减轻脑水肿,发挥良好的脑保护作用。
