舒通胶囊对大鼠大肠推进功能影响的实验研究

目的:研究舒通胶囊对正常大鼠和燥结失水便秘型大鼠大肠推进功能的影响。方法:①疏通胶囊对正常大鼠大肠推进功能的影响。取大鼠60只,随机分为对照组、舒通胶囊高、中、低剂量组、麻仁胶囊高、低剂量组。给药8 w,处死大鼠后测量结肠总长度和墨汁推进距离,计算墨汁推进百分率。②疏通胶囊对燥结便秘型大鼠大肠推进功能的影响。取大鼠70只,随机分为对照组、模型组、舒通胶囊高、中、低剂量组、麻仁胶囊高、低剂量组。除对照组外,其余各组大鼠喂饲大米、禁水3 d制备燥结便秘大鼠模型。结果:①治疗组与对照组大鼠大肠墨汁推进百分率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②与模型组比较,疏通胶囊高、中剂量组大鼠大肠推进百分率升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:舒通胶囊具有增强燥结便秘型大鼠大肠推进功能的作用,且其作用优于麻仁胶囊。

Effect of Shutong Capsule on Propulsion Function of Large Intestine of Rats

Objective:To study the effect of Shutong capsule on propulsion function of large intestine of normal rats and constipation model rats.Method:①Effect of Shutong capsule on propulsion function of large intestine of normal rats.60 rats were randomly divided into normal control group,Shutong capsule high dosage group,middle dosage group,low dosage group,Maren capsule high dosage group,low dosage group.Rats in treatment groups were intragastrically administrated for 8 w,rats in normal control group were given same volume saline.Then rats were sacrificed,overall length of colon and ink pushing distance was measured,ink pushing percentage was calculated.②Effect of Shutong capsule on propulsion function of large intestine of constipation model rats.70 rats were randomly divided into model group,normal control group,Shutong capsule high dosage group,middle dosage group,low dosage group,Maren capsule high dosage group,low dosage group.Except for normal control group,rats in other groups were induced into constipation models through feeding with rice and water deprivation for 3 days.Then rats were sacrificed,overall length of colon and ink pushing distance was measured,ink pushing percentage was calculated.Result:①There were no significantly difference between normal control group and treatment groups in ink pushing percentage(P>0.05).②Compared with model group,ink pushing percentage of rats in treatment groups were significantly advanced(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shutong capsule could enhance propulsion function of large intestine of constipation model rats,and its action is superior to Maren capsule.
