手部高压油漆注射伤的显微外科治疗

目的探讨手部高压油漆注射伤的病情特点及显微外科治疗方法和效果。方法2007年1月一2009年6月，对10例此类患者采用经镜下1~2次清创，行二期植皮及髂腹股沟皮瓣转移修复术。结果术后7例获得随访，随访时间3-12个月，患指创面愈合良好，皮瓣及植皮成活，未发生手指坏死及明显功能障碍，治疗效果较满意。结论手部高压油漆注射伤，早期显微镜下及时、充分、彻底的清创是治疗的关键。

The microsurgical treatment of High-pressure-paint injection injuries of the hand

Objective To discuss the pathogenetic features and microsurgery procedures and therapeutic efficacy of High-pressure-paint injection injuries of the hand. Methods 10 cases with high pressure paint injection injures of the hand were treated between January 2007 and June 2009. We debrided the wound once or twice under the microscope. If the wound hadn＇t be healed up,we secondly selected skin grafts or the flaps such as the axial pedicled groin flap to conduct the prosthesis. Results 7 patients were reviewed with follow up. The follow-up period ranged 3 months to 1 years with good results in the injury fingers, and the flaps or skin grafts survived successfully. No necrosis or obviously functional disability occurred in any patient.The treatment outcome was satisfactory. Conclusion The prompt and careful debridement under the microscope is the critical treatment of high-pressure-paint injection injuries of the hand.
