| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨宫颈癌行子宫广泛切除术后并发症发生的相关因素及防治方法.方法 对96例行子宫广泛切除术的宫颈癌患者术后出现的并发症进行回顾性分析.结果 96例患者,术后尿潴留、泌尿系感染、盆腔淋巴囊肿、深部静脉栓塞、术口脂肪液化或感染、周围脏器损伤的发生率分别为18.75 %、15.63 %、10.42%;1.04%、3.12%、3.12%.结论子宫广泛切除术手术范围广易造成周围组织及脏器的损伤,并发症的发生率增加.加强术后并发症的防治是保证患者尽快恢复,如期进行后续治疗的关键.
