黄芩超微粉与普通粉溶出度比较

摘    要:目的:研究微粉化技术对中药材黄芩显微特征、溶出度的影响。方法:观察黄芩普通细粉和超微粉的显微特征,并采用紫外分光光度法测定其中黄芩苷的含量。结果:黄芩苷含量超微细粉(<10μm)比普通细粉(80目)提高13.9%。结论:超微粉碎可提高黄芩有效成分的溶出,简化提取工艺,降低成本。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of micronization technology on microscopic features of skullcap and dissolution of baicalin.Method:Microscopic features of ordinary fine powder(80 mesh)and ultrafine powder(10 μm)were observed,and baicalin content was detected by spectrophotometric determination.Results:Baicalin content in ultrafine powder was higher than that in ordinary fine powder.Conclusion:The micronization technology can raise dissolution of effective constituent of skullcap,simplify extract technology,reduce the cost.
