摘    要:目的探讨柴胡抗菌有效成分五环三萜类活性单体Bp3的抗耐红霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(ERSA)作用及其与红霉素的协同作用。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会标准,测定Bp3对20株ERSA的最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)及其与红霉素的协同作用。结果 Bp3对ERSA的抑菌作用优于红霉素,且联合用药时显著减少了每一药物的MIC。20株耐红霉素黄色葡萄球菌均表现为协同或相加作用方式。结论结构明确的五环三萜类单体Bp3对ERSA有一定的抑制作用,且与红霉素有协同或相加作用。
