记忆合金环抱器在四肢骨折中的应用

目的：探讨记忆合金环抱器在四肢骨折中的应用情况。方法：将我院2008年1月～2009年11月收治的64例四肢骨折患者随机分为治疗组（36例）和对照组（28例）,治疗组采用记忆合金环抱器,对照组采用动力加压接骨板,进行内固定治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为97.2%,明显高于对照组的82.1%（P〈0.05）。结论：记忆合金环抱器在四肢骨折中疗效较佳,且患者恢复快、不良反应少。

Application of memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of limb fracture

Objective：To explore the application of memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of limb fracture.Methods：From January 2008 to November 2009 in our hospital,64 patients with limb fracture were randomly divided into treatment group was （36 cases） and control group（28 cases）,the treatment group was treated with memory alloy em bracing fixator,the control group was treated with dynamic compression plate,then compared the curative effect of two groups.Results：In the treatment group,the fracture healing time was significantly less than that of the control group,there was a significant difference（P0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.2%,it significantly higher than 82.1% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of limb fracture has a better curative effect,and the patients recover quickly,few adverse reaction.
