耳穴贴压治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床观察

目的：探讨贴压耳穴治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)的临床作用及机理。方法：对45例SAS患者，分为王不留行籽贴压耳穴治疗组30例及对照组15例。观察治疗前后的临床症状及夜间多导睡眠图监测测定的呼吸暂停指数(AI)、低通气指数(HI)、呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱合度(最低SaO2)的变化。结果：耳穴贴压治疗组与对照组比较，临床症状明显改善，多导睡眠图(PSG)监测各项指标差异有显著性(P<0．01)。对照组治疗前后临床症状无改善，各项指标差异无显著性(P>0．05)。治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较，AHI、AI和HI均显著降低(P<0．01)，最低SaO2有显著提高(P<0．01)。结论：耳穴贴压疗法治疗SAS疗效显著，为患者提供了一种方便、经济、无副作用的早期预防和治疗的有效方法。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing in Treating Sleep Apnea Syndrome

Objective: To study the clinical effect and mechanism of auricular acupoint pressing (AAP) in treating sleep apnea syndrome (SAS). Methods: Forty-five patients with SAS were randomly divided in to the AAP group (30 patients) and the control group (15 patients) to observe the changes of clinical symptoms, apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), apnea index (AI), hypopnea index (HI) and minimum blood oxygen saturation (mSaO 2) in night before and after treatment by multiple channel polysomnography (PSG). Results: Clinical symptoms were significantly alleviated in the AAP group after treatment, with improvement in various parameters monitored by PSG (P<0.01), showing significantly reduced AHI, AI and HI and increased mSaO 2 (P<0.01). While in the control group, no improvement was found either in clinical symptom or in PSG parameters (P>0.05). Comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: AAP is an effective treatment of SAS, it provides a facilitate, economic and safe therapy for early prevention and treatment to SAS.
