中国器官获取与移植监测网络

为加快我国卫生体制改革进程和行业信息化建设,中华人民共和国卫生部医疗服务监管司针对我国人体器官移植发展现状及监管特点,设计了中国器官获取与移植监测网络,并委托中国肝移植注册中心进行构建和部署。该网络包含器官移植所有相关系统:人体器官捐献登记系统、人体器官获取和分配系统、器官移植临床服务系统、器官移植后登记系统等,融合了多个领域的监管技术和数据处理成果,为卫生行政部门完善监督管理、医院提高自身服务质量提供了全面的数据依据。本文重点介绍中国器官获取与移植监测网络的架构、监管流程及意义。

China Organ Procurement and Transplantation Surveillance Network

The China Organ Procurement and Transplantation Surveillance Network was designed by the Department of Medical Service Administration,Ministry of Health in light of China’s current development of organ transplantation and the establishment of the surveillance system to accelerate the health system reform and the establishment of the medical care information network in the country.Developed and deployed by China Liver Transplant Registry,the inclusive Network incorporates surveillance and data technologies of various fields,providing comprehensive data to facilitate healthcare authorities to enforce administration on organ transplantation and prompt hospitals to implement stringent healthcare quality assurance.This article introduces the infrastructure,work flow,social significance and the prospect of China Organ Procurement and Transplantation Surveillance Network.
