三级甲等医院护士心理资本及影响因素调查

目的调查太原市三级甲等医院护士心理资本现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用护士心理资本问卷中文修订版和自行设计的一般资料问卷,对太原市3所三级甲等综合医院的553名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士心理资本得分(88.19±13.20)分,4个维度按得分率由高到低排序为自我效能(27.13±4.10)分、韧性(22.03±3.83)分、乐观(13.03±3.11)分、希望(26.00±4.62)分。回归分析显示,科室、职务、护理职业生涯课程是影响护士心理资本状况的因素。结论护士心理资本处于中等偏上水平,建议将心理资本引入护理领域,针对不同特征的护士进行相应的培训。

The level and influencing factors of psychological capital among nurses in first-class upper level hospitals

Objective To investigate the level of nurses’ psychological capital and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 553 nurses from three first-class upper level general hospitals in Taiyuan were investigated with Chinese Version of Nurses’ Psychological Capital Questionnaire and a self-designed questionnaire about demographic information.Results The overall score of psychological capital was 88.19 ±13.20,and the dimension scores from high to low were self-efficacy(27.13±4.10),resilience(22.03±3.83),optimism(13.03±3.11),and hope(26.00±4.62).Multiple regression analysis indicated that departments,positions and nursing career courses were influencing factors of nurses’ psychological capital.Conclusion The overall nurses’ psychological capital is in the middle level.It is suggested that the psychological capital should be introduced into nursing field.Nurses should be trained according to their different characteristics to improve the level of psychological capital.
