| 摘 要： | 目的探索手足口病的危险因素,为手足口病防制措施提供依据。方法 2010年7月5日—8月9日在北京市儿童医院采用1∶1的病例对照方法对手足口病病例危险因素进行现场调查,并对资料进行logistics回归分析。结果就诊10 d内接触过病人(OR=53.110)为危险因素。本地户籍、听说过手足口病、饭前便后洗手为保护因素。结论加强对养育人手足口病的知识宣传,培养儿童养成良好的洗手习惯,避免接触有手足口病症状的病例,是预防手足口病的重要措施。

| Abstract: | [Objective]to explore risk factors of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD),and provide evidence for developing its control measures. [Methods]From July 5 to August 9,a 1∶1 case-control study on risk factors of HFMD was performed in Beijing Children’s Hospital.The relevant information was analyzed with logistic regression. [Results]Close contact with HFMD patients in 10 days was the major risk factor(OR=53.110).Local domiciles,heard HFMD,washing hands were the protective factors. [Conclusion]Enhancing HFMD’s knowledge training,forming hands washing habit and avoiding contact with suspected patients are the important countermeasures for HFMD prevention. |
