2010年玉溪市华宁县人群麻疹抗体水平调查

目的了解华宁县人群实施麻疹疫苗接种情况及血清抗体水平,为2012年按期实现消除麻疹提供依据。方法采用分层和整群抽样(PPS)方法,在华宁县范围内随机抽取3个乡镇,每个乡镇抽3个行政村,每个村按8个年龄组(1岁、1岁～、3岁～、5岁～、7岁～、11岁～、15岁～、≥20岁)进行,每个年龄组调查5或6人,共调查382人。结果调查的382人中麻疹疫苗接种率(≥1针次)为72.51%,抗体阳性率为95.03%;3个乡镇的人群麻疹疫苗接种率、抗体阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);各年龄组间麻疹疫苗接种率、抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P0.01),其中1岁人群的麻疹疫苗接种率、抗体阳性率均较低,分别为44.44%、77.78%;性别间麻疹疫苗接种率、抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P0.05),男性显著高于女性。结论华宁县人群麻疹抗体阳性率较高,能有效控制输入性病例引起的流行,对有效控制麻疹取得了较好的效果。

Investigation on measles antibody level in Huaning county of Yuxi city in 2010

Objective]To study the implementation status of measles vaccination and serum antibody levels in Huaning county,provide the data for measles elimination with a target date of 2012.Methods]With stratified cluster sampling,3 townships were randomly sampled from Huaning county,and 3 villages were sampled from each township.There were 8 age groups(under 1 year old,1-3years old,3-5 years old,5-7 years old,7-11 years old,11-15 years old,15-20 years old and over 20 years old),5 or 6 people were involved into each age groups of each village,and total of 382 people were investigated.Results]Among 382 people,the immunization coverage rate of measles vaccination(at least one dose-time) was 72.51%,and the antibody positive rate was 95.03%.There were significant differences in the immunization coverage rate of measles vaccination and the antibody positive rate among 3 townships(P<0.05).The differences in the immunization coverage rate of measles vaccination and the antibody positive rate among different age groups were significant(P<0.01),and those in children under 1 year old were low,which was 44.44% and 77.78% respectively.The immunization coverage rate of measles vaccination and the antibody positive rate in males were significantly higher than those in females(P<0.05).Conclusion]The positive rate of measles antibody among population is high in Huaning county,which can effectively control the outbreak caused by imported cases,and good effect of measles control is obtained.
