| 摘 要： | 目的:分析34例男性乳腺癌(MBC)的倍体、雌激素受体(ER)和c-erbB-2表达与预后关系。方法:通过免疫组化法测定MBC的倍体,ER和c-crbB-2表达情况。结果:34例MBC中二倍体表达为38.2%(13/34),ER阳性为73.5%(25/24),c- erbB-2表达为35.3%(12/34)。结论:MBC的预后因素依次为淋巴结转移(P<0.005),TNM分期(P<0.005),肿块大小(P<0.025)和c-erbB-2表达(P<0.025)。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the relationship between prognosis and the ploidy,estrogen receptor,c-erbB-2 expression in 34 cases male breast cancers.Methods:The ploidy,ER and c-erbB-2 were examined by immunohistochemical method.Results: The diploid was 38.2%(13/24),ER positive 73.5%(25/34),c-erbB-2 expression 35.3(12/34)in 34 cases MBC.Conclusion: According to prognostic sequence,the factors are lymph node metastasis(P<0.005).TNM stages(P<0.005).tumour size(P<0.025)and c-erbP-2 expression(P<0.025). |
