上海市卫生指标分类与卫生状况综合评价研究

[目的 ]　在资料再利用的基础上 ,综合考虑死亡情况 ,发病情况和主要健康指标 ,评价上海市民综合健康水平的时间变迁。　 [方法 ]　各类卫生统计资料来源于 1 991～ 2 0 0 0年上海市卫生年鉴。应用系统聚类分析法 ,对各指标的特性进行分类 ,并采用秩和比方法进行综合比较分析 ,建立综合指数 ,并与主要卫生指标进行相关性分析。　 [结果 ]　指标性质判定表明各卫生统计指标并不具有一致性的特征 ,单一的指标难以综合反映诸多卫生与健康问题。秩和比综合指数最低为 1 992年 ,最高为 1 999年 ,其随时间而增大趋势的统计学意义显著。综合指数与平均寿命、婴儿死亡率等指标相关性较好。　 [结论 ]　在 2 0世纪的最后 1 0年 ,上海市居民健康水平呈现改善的趋势

The classification of health indicators and the methodology of comprehensive evaluation on health status in Shanghai

To evaluate the time trend on health status of Shanghai residents during the past ten years with the re-use of published health indicators. The health statistic materials were composed of mortality,morbidity,nutrition and health services of Shanghai from 1991 to 1999.Cluster analysis was used to classify the health indicators,and rank sum ratio(RSR) method was used to establish the comprehensive health index,which was then tested for its correlation with other major health indicators. It was shown that there were poor conformities in reflecting health status for the various selected indicators,and comprehensive evaluation was much needed.RSR index was the lowest in 1992,and the highest in 1999.RSR index increased significantly during the past nine years.A better correlation was also found between RSR index and some major health indicators,such as average life expectancy and infant mortality. [Conclusion] The health status of Shanghai residents had been improving during the last ten years of the 20th century.
