| 摘 要： | 目的：比较复方龟鹿颗粒剂与膏剂对老龄小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法：将老龄小鼠随机分成阴性对照组、阳性对照组、治疗组，测定连续给药18d后对老龄小鼠红细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和心肌过氧化脂质（LPO）的影响。结果：复方龟鹿颗粒和膏剂均能明显提高老龄小鼠红细胞中SOD含量（P〈0．01），显著降低老龄小鼠心肌LPO的含量（P〈0．01）。结论：复方龟鹿颗粒剂同膏剂一样具有明显的抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the antioxidation effect of compound Guilu granules and oitment on aged mice. Method： Fifty aged mice were divided into negative control group, positive control group, and therapeutic group. The aged mice were treated with medicine for 18 days, the contents of SOD in RBC and LPO in myocardium were determined. Result： Compared with model group, compound Guilu granules and ointment could improve the content of SOD in RBC（P 〈0.01 ）, and reduced the content of LPO in myocardium（P 〈0.01 ）significantly. Conclusion： Compound Guilu granules has the function of antioxidation, and the function is better than ointment. |
