养老护理员特征对养老机构老年人身心健康影响多因素分析

目的:探讨养老护理员特征对养老机构老年人心理健康的影响。方法:2012年3～5月对常德市城区15家养老机构内养老护理员和老年人各86名进行调查问卷。以养老护理员的6个特征因素为自变量,以养老机构老年人的健康状况为因变量,进行逐步多元线性回归分析。结果:通过多元线性逐步回归,筛选得到对养老机构老年人身心健康影响有意义的因素,即养老护理员的年龄、从业时间影响养老机构老年人的心理健康;养老护理员的文化层次、家庭人均月收入、从业时间影响老年人的身体状态。结论:养老机构老人抑郁水平得分较高,应加强养老护理从业人员的培训,充分发挥养老护理员在养老机构中的作用,是提高养老机构服务质量的有效措施。

The multiple analysis of the effect on mental health of old people by the characteristics of the staffs for old-age care

Objective： To explore the effect on the mental health of old people made by the characteristics of the staffs who take care of the old people.Methods： Chose 15 old folks homes in the Changde city and from each old folk＇s home of that taking 86 old people were investigated by the survey.With the independent variable taken by the 6 characteristic factors of the staffs for old-age care and the dependent variable taken by the health of old people in the old folk＇s home,multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was carried on step by step.Results： The meaningful factors having the effects on the mental health of old people were chosen through multiple linear stepwise regression analysis,such as the age of the staffs for old-age care,the working time of the job,the quality of the staffs for old-age care and per capital income of family.Conclusion： A high level of old people having depressed problem was seen.The training of the staffs for old-age care should be strengthened,and giving the full play to the staffs for old-age care is an effective method to enhance the services of old folk＇s home.
