参芪扶正注射液治疗心力衰竭有效性及安全性的Meta分析

目的 评价参芪扶正注射液（SQFZI）治疗心力衰竭的疗效及安全性.方法 计算机检索PubMed（1999～2012.11）、EMbase（1999～2012.11）、Cochrane图书馆、中国期刊全文数据库（1999～2012）、万方数据库（1999～2012）、维普数据库（1999～2012）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM,1999～2012.11）中SQFZI治疗心力衰竭的随机对照试验（RCTs）.在严格质量评价的基础上,使用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析.结果 纳入15篇RCTs,共计1283例受试者.Meta分析显示：常规治疗联合SQFZI治疗心力衰竭的疗效优于单纯常规治疗（OR=3.19,95%CI：2.28～4.47,P＜0.001）.而两种治疗措施的不良反应发生率无统计学差异（OR=0.65,95%CI：0.2～2.13,P=0.48）.结论 常规治疗基础上联合SQFZI治疗心力衰竭具有更好的疗效,并不增加不良反应.但由于本系统评价纳入研究大多质量较低,有必要开展更多设计严谨,大样本、多中心的随机对照试验来确证这种趋势.

A Meta-analysis on curative effect and safety of Shenqifuzheng Injection in treatment of heart failure

Objective To review the curative effect and safety of Shenqifuzheng Injection in treatment of heart failure. Methods The databases of PubMed （1999-11/2012）, Embase （1999-11/2012）, Eochrane Library, CNKI （1999-2012）, WanFang （1999-2012）, VIP （1999-2012） and CBM （1999-11/2012） were retrieved for collecting the randomized controlled trials （RCTs） about the treatment of heart failure with Shenqifuzheng Injection. On the base of strict evaluation on quality, the data was given Mate-analysis by using RevMan5.0 software. Results There were 15 RCTs included involving 1283 patients. The Meta-analysis showed that The curative effect of routine treatment combing Shenqifuzheng Injection was better than that of only routine treatment （OR=3.19, 95%CI： 2.28-4.47, P 〈0.001）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between two therapies （0R=0.65, 95%CI： 0.2-2.13, P=0.48）. Conclusion Routine treatment combing Shenqifuzheng Injection has better curative effect on heart failure and less adverse reactions. Because of the quality of included RCTs in this study is poor, more RCTs with rigorous design, large scale and multi-center are needed for confirming this tendency.
