锁定动力髋螺钉结合空心螺钉微创治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效

目的总结锁定动力髋螺钉结合空心螺钉微创治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法选择我院老年股骨转子间骨折患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组患者应用锁定动力髋螺钉结合空心螺钉微创治疗,对照组患者单纯采用动力髋螺钉进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗有效率及治疗前后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床疗效高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有显著性。结论锁定动力髋螺钉结合空心螺钉微创治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Lock Dynamic Hip Screw Combined with Hollow Screw Minimally Invasive Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of lock dynamic hip screw combined with hollow screw minimally invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Method 90 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 45 cases.The treatment group was treated with to lock dynamic hip screw combined with hollow screw minimally invasive treatment,the control group patients only were used the dynamic hip screw treatment.Efficiency and adverse events were observed before and after treatment.Results Clinical efficacy in treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was slower than the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion Lock dynamic hip screw combined with hollow screw minimally invasive treatment of intertrochanteric fracture has a significant effect,it is worthy of promotion.
