泸州医学院附属医院2009-2011年口服治疗精神障碍药应用分析

目的：评价泸州医学院附属医院口服治疗精神障碍药物的临床应用情况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2009-2011年本院口服治疗精神障碍药物的品种、用药金额、用药频度、平均日费用等进行统计和分析。结果：抗抑郁药用药金额2011年是2009年的1.77倍,抗精神病药用药金额2011年是2009年的1.27倍,呈上升趋势。2009-2011年,抗精神病药的用药金额构成比居首位。最常用的口服治疗精神障碍药是帕罗西汀、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛、奥氮平。结论：抗精神病药和抗抑郁药已成为本院临床用药金额最高的两类治疗精神障碍药物。

Application of oral psychotropic drugs in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College from 2009 to 2011

Objective：To evaluate clinical application and trend of oral psychotropic drugs in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College,in order to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods：The categories,frequency of medication（DDDs）,defined daily cost（DDC）,and consumption sum of all the oral psychotropic drugs from 2009to 2011were analyzed statistically.Results：The consumption sum of antidepressants in 2011was 1.77times higher than that of 2009,and the consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs in 2011was 1.27times higher than that of 2009,all with an obvious rising trend.The composition ratio of consumption sum of antipsychotic drugs ranked the first.The most commonly used oral psychotropic drugs were：paroxetine,flupentixol/melitracen and olanzapine.Conclusion：In this hospital,antipsychotic drugs and antidepressants have become two top psychotropic drugs with highest consumption sum.
