自控锻炼对癌症生存者血清抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨长期自控锻炼对癌症生存者血清抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的影响。方法:采用匹配病例对照研究设计,受试者共60名。从上海市癌症俱乐部康复学员中选择癌龄10年以上并参加自控锻炼10年以上者30人为锻炼组,另选年龄、性别、癌症类型、治疗方法等与锻炼组一对一匹配的30人为对照组,对照组不参加规律性锻炼。采用癌症病史问卷调查所有受试者既往详细病史,于正常作息的清晨空腹安静状态下肘静脉采血,采用黄嘌呤氧化法测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,二硫代二硝基苯甲酸直接法(DTNB)测定血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,菲罗啉法测定血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),硫代巴比妥酸法(TBA)测定血清丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:锻炼组血清SOD、T-AOC活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),GSH-Px水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),锻炼组血清MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自控锻炼能够提高癌症患者生存期血清抗氧化酶SOD、T-AOC活性,提高血清MDA含量,提示自控锻炼对于提高癌症生存期机体抗氧化能力,减轻过氧化损伤具有积极意义,自控锻炼引起的机体自由基清除能力增强与自由基生成增加相适应。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of self -control exercise on serum superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities,total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and serum malondialdehyde (MDA) in cancer survivors. Methods 60 long -term cancer survivors from Shanghai Cancer Rehabilitation Club were recruited in this study. 30 of them who insisting on self control exercise for more than ten years were recruited as the exercise group,and the remains without self -control exercise were selected as the control group and were matched in age,gender,cancer type and therapy way one by one with those in the exercise group. Self-control exercise was consisted of the phases of stance,walking,pacing and hand swing,and acupuncture point massage,etc. Cancer history survey was carried out in all subjects. Serum SOD and GSH-Px activities,T-AOC,and serum MDA were evaluated. Results The levels of SOD and T-AOC in exercise group were significantly higher than that in the control group. There was no significantly difference in GSH -Px activities between the two groups. The level of serum MDA in exercise group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion Insisting self-control exercise could improve antioxidant capacity of cancer survivors.
