鼻内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎效果评价

目的：探讨鼻内镜下行鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法：对85例（100耳）分泌性中耳炎患者在鼻内镜下采用鼓膜切开置入硅胶管治疗，术后常规应用抗生素1周，观察6个月。依据疗效评定标准判定临床疗效。结果：入组患者术后观察6个月，治愈86耳（86．o％）、有效13耳（13．0％）、无效1耳（1．0％），有效率99．O％。结论：鼻内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎视野清晰、操作简便、疗效显著。

Effect evaluation of grommet insertion under nasal endoscopy in treatment of secretory otitis media

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of grommet insertion under nasal endoscopy in treatment of secretory otitis media. Methods ：85 patients （100 ears） with secretory otitis media were implanted with silicone tube through grommet insertion under nasal endoscopy, then treated by antibiotics for 1 week, and observed for 6 months. The clinical effects were assessed based on the e- valuation criteria. Results： After 6 months＇observation, 86 ears were cured （86.0%）, and 13 ears were effectively treated （13.0%） ; however, the method was invalid for 1 ear （ 1.0% ）. So, the effective rate of the method, was 99.0%. Conclusions： Grommet insertion under nasal endoscopy in treatment of secretory otitis media has the advantages of clear vision, simple operation, and obvious effects.
