| 摘 要： | 目的对大叶糙苏的脂溶性成分进行研究。方法冷浸法提取大叶糙苏中脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术鉴定成分。结果在大叶糙苏中分离鉴定了12种化合物,占色谱总馏分出峰面积的80.45%。结论大叶糙苏脂溶性成分主要为醇类(33.37%)和酯类(25.02%)。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the fat soluble components of Phlomis maximowiczii.Methods The fat soluble component was extracted by cold-soak extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their components.Results 12 compounds were identified,amounting for 80.45%.Conclusion The alcohols(33.37%)and esters(25.02%) were the main components. |
