Orem理论指导下食管癌术后肠内营养支持的临床观察

目的探讨Orem理论指导下自制肠内营养液支持治疗对食管癌术后恢复的临床价值。方法统计胸外科行食管癌根治术自制肠内营养液营养支持23例与成品肠内营养液营养支持31例患者的临床资料,比较术后两组间血常规、生化指标、转铁蛋白(TF)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、并发症发生率、病死率等指标是否有差异。结果术后第10天血常规、生化指标、TF、RBP等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后感染率、胃肠功能恢复时间、吻合口瘘发生率等指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌术后给予自制肠内营养支持治疗是可行的。

Orem theory under the guidance of esophageal cancer postoperative enteral nutrition support clinical observation

Objective To investigate the feasibility of homemade intestinal nutrient solution's nutrition support effect for esophageal carcinoma patients' postoperative recovery made under the guidance of Orem theory.Methods We studied 23 patients with homemade intestinal nutrient solution and 31 patients with intestinal nutrient solution after esophagectomy in our department.Part indexes of blood routine test,biochemistry,transferring,retinol binding protein,complication rate,and mortality of patients were compared between two groups.Results There was no obvious difference in blood routine test,biochemistry,transferring,retinol binding protein,gastrointestinal functional recovery time,and postoperative complication rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to apply homemade intestinal nutrient solution's nutrition support to patients after esophagectomy.
