穴位埋线配合灸法治疗顽固性面瘫随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察穴位埋线配合灸法治疗顽固性面瘫疗效。[方法]选取我科2006年6月至2011年6月240例顽固性面瘫的患者,按照数字表随机抽取法分成治疗组与对照组,各为120例,治疗组使用穴位埋线配合灸法治疗,对照组使用传统的针刺疗法治疗,治疗1-3个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治疗1个疗程后治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,两组治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程的治疗总有效率比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位埋线配合灸法治疗顽固性面瘫的疗效显著,能够明显缩短治疗时间,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Moxibustion for Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis in a Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] To observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with moxibustion for treatment of intractable facial paralysis curative effect.[Methods] Selected from June to 2011 June in our department in 2006 240 cases of intractable facial paralysis patients,according to digital form randomly divided into treatment group and control group,120 cases in each treatment group,acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion for treatment,the control group using conventional acupuncture therapy for treatment of 1 to 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group after 1 courses of treatment the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,group two was treated with 1 courses,2 courses,3 courses of the total effective rate of treatment was significantly(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with moxibustion for treatment of intractable facial paralysis curative effect is remarkable,can significantly shorten the treatment time,which has important value in clinical application.
