整体护理运用于高血压脑出血小骨窗开颅术的体会

目的探讨高血压脑出血行小骨窗开颅血肿清除术后的整体护理措施及要点。方法高血压脑出血小骨窗开颅清除术患者51例,随机分为整体护理组(A组,26例)和常规护理组(B组,25例),整体护理组患者给予整体护理,常规护理组患者给予术后常规护理。比较两组患者术后病死率、并发症发生率、住院时间及护理满意度,并进行生活质量评估。结果经两种护理方法护理后,A组患者术后病死率及并发症发生率均低于B组,A组患者的住院时间及护理满意度也优于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评估,A组Barthel指数改善明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论对进行颅内血肿清除术的高血压脑出血患者术后采取整体护理对提高抢救成功率、降低并发症发生率和提高患者生存质量具有重要的意义。

Summarizing the experience of holistic nursing in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small bone window craniotomy

Objective To discuss measures and key points of holistic nursing in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small bone window craniotomy.Methods All 51 cases patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small bone window craniotomy were randomly divided into holistic nursing group(group A,26 cases) and the routine nursing group(group B,25 cases),holistic nursing patients were given holistic nursing care,and routine nursing group patients were given routine nursing care.Mortality,complication rate,hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients after operation,and quality of life were assessed.Results The two kinds of nursing care methods,postoperative mortality and complication rates of group A were lower than those of group B,the hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were better than those of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);quality of life assessment,group A Barthel index were improved significantly compared with group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing care improve the success rate,reduce complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is important for patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with small bone window craniotomy.
