病区实施床边工作制的效果评价

目的探讨病区实施床边工作制对提高优质护理服务的效果。方法2008年5月-2009年12月收治病人14329名，未实施床边工作制作为对照组；2010年5月-2011年12月收治病人19547名，实施床边工作制作为实验组。统计病人基础护理质量指标发生率，并每月抽取自行设计的患者满意度调查表及自行设计的病人健康教育实施单各20份，共各抽取400份，用表格将内容细化设计成百分制进行分析。结果实验组实施床边工作制后住院病人对护理工作的满意度提升（P〈0．01）。在入院接待宣教、病区环境、基础护理、护理技术、健康教育、服务态度等满意度均有大幅提升（P〈0．01）。使用药物错误、高危药外渗、跌倒、误吸、深静脉血栓发生率明显下降（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。护士锐器伤发生率虽有降低，但P〉0．05，无显著性差异。实验组健康宣教覆盖率100％，病人对宣教知识的掌握率达92．25％，较对照组明显提高（P〈0．01）。结论床边工作制的实施显著提高住院病人满意度，在创建优质护理服务示范工程中能起到积极的推动作用。

Effect Evaluation of implementation of bedside ward duty

Objective To improve effect of high quality nursing service with implementation of bedside ward duty. Methods 15329 patients without implementation of bedside ward duty from May 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009 were used as control group 19547 patients with implement bedside duty from On May 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011 were used as experimental group,. Monthly, to collect patient basic nursing index incidence, and extract to the patients satisfaction questionnaire table and the patients health education implementation table which was self--designed each of 20,and total of 400 were extracted, with the form that would be contented refinement designed centesimal system to carry on the analysis. The SPSS 16. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results After implementation of the bedside duty , of inpatients nursing job satisfaction were greatly improving （P （ 0. 01）, that had statistical significance. The satisfaction of receive education, ward environment, primary care, health education, nurs- ing technology, service attitude and so on was improved obviously （P （ 0. 01）, ~ The patient care index drop rate basis., the use of drug errors, high--risk medicine the permeability, fall, aspiration, deep vein thrombosis, catheter accident happened out reduced obviously in number, （P（0. 01, P（0. 05）, having statistical significance. Then number of nurse sharp instrument injury decreased obviously. , but （P 〉 0. 05）, no statistical significance. Health mission coverage rate 100% ,and thepatient to the missior/s knowl- edge of rate reached 92. 25%, more advance than before （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The implementation of bedside ward duty can significantly improve patient satisfaction. It has positive role in high quality nursing services.
