复方青花颗粒质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的建立复方青花颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对金银花、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量,色谱柱为phenomenex Luna C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20∶80∶1)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:327nm。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离效果好,阴性未见干扰;绿原酸在15.00-35.00μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997(n=5),平均回收率为99.98%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结论本文所建立的方法操作简便、结果可靠、重复性好,可作为复方青花颗粒的质量控制标准。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard for Compound QingHua Granule.Methods Thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography methods were used for qualitative identification and quantitative determination of chlorogenic acid.The separation was performed on an Agilent reversed-phase phenomenex Luna C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)column with methon-water-acetic acid(20∶80∶1)as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm.Results Using thin layer chromatography,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Flos Lonicera japonicae were identified.Using high performance liquid chromatography,the calibration curve of chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relation over the range of 15.00-35.00 μg/ml(r=0.9997).The average recovery(n=5)was(99.98±1.13)%.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive,reliable and can be used to control the quality of products.
