| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨卵巢癌患者手术后进行腹腔化疗的给药装置。方法 卵巢癌患者进行术后腹腔化疗采用一次性静脉留置针给药。结果 ４５例卵巢癌患者术后２８０次腹腔化疗。一次性静脉留置针具有手术简便、易操作，无需术前麻醉，安全性好，病人满意，成功率高（一次穿刺成功２７５次，成功率达９８．２药换位穿刺后全部成功）的优点。结论 一次性静脉留置针对卵巢癌患者术后进行腹腔化疗有很好的使用价值。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate a device for intraperitoneal chemotherapy in postoperative ovarian cancer.Methods Use indwelling I.V. carmula for intraperitoneal chemotherapy in ovarian cancer after operation. Results45 cases of ovarian cancer underwent 280 times of postoperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy using an indwelling I. V.cannula. The indwelling I.V. cannula is simple and easy to perform, without the necessity of using anesthesia, it is al-so safe and satisfactory with high successful rate (98.2 % ). With change of position of the puncture, the successful ratewas 100%. Conclusions Use of indwelling I.V. cannula for intraperitoneal chemotherapy of postoperative ovariancancer is of practical value.
