| 摘 要： | 股薄肌切取后对大腿的功能影响小,血管神经蒂长,手术切取简便,可移植并用于直肠癌Miles术后肛门的重建。应用股薄肌重建肛门可明显改善患者的生活质量,不影响直肠癌根治术的效果,是较为理想的手术方式。

| Abstract: | There is little impact on the function of the thigh after the excision of the gacilis.The gracilis has a long nervi vasorum that can be excised easily.It can be transplanted to reconstruct the anus after Mile's operation for rectal carcinoma.It could improve the quality of life of the patients and has no effect on the result of the radical resection of rectal carcinoma if the anus reconstruction using gracilis could be operated at the suitable opportunity and by the correct methods.This operation is the more ideal method nowadays. |
