放射治疗结合热疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效观察

目的:观察放射治疗加热疗治疗宫颈癌的临床效果。方法:将66例经病理确诊的宫颈癌患者随机分为两组:放射治疗 热疗组(热放组)33例和单纯放射治疗组(单放组)33例。两组的放射治疗方法一样:全盆照射 盆腔四野照射 腔内后装放疗。热放组采用了射频深部热疗和微波腔内热疗,热疗每周1次至2次,直至放疗结束。每次热疗均在放疗后30分钟内开始。结果:热放组和单放组的局部控制率(CR)分别为84．8％和 60．6％,有显著性差异(P<0．05)。1年、2年的生存率两组无显著差异(P>0．05),但3年生存率分别为84．8％和 63．6％,有着显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论:放射治疗结合热疗可提高宫颈癌患者的局部控制率和生存率。

The Effect of Radiotherapy Combined with Hyperthermia for Cervix Carcinoma

Objective: To determine the efficacy of radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia for cervix carcinoma. Methods: 66 cases of cervix carcinoma diagnosed by pathology were divided randomly into two groups; 33 patients treated with radiotherapy plus hyperthermia (H R group) ; 33 patients treated with radiotherapy alone (R group). Radiotherapies of both groups were alike: pelvic external irradiation plus intracavitary brachytherapy. H R group was treated with hypothermia, which was given 30 minutes after radiotherapy, once or twice per week, until radiotherapy was over. Results: The local control rates of H R group and R group were 84. 8% and 60.6% ( P < 0.05) respectively. The 3-year survival rates of H R group and R group were 84. 8% and 63.6% (P < 0.05) respectively, though there was no statistical significance in the 1-year and 2-year survival rates. Conclusion: Radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia is instrumental in raising the local control rate and survival rate for the patients with cervix carcinoma.
